Victory Builders, LLC will help coordinate the design of your project with one of the highly-respected local architects they are associated with or, if you prefer, work with your own preselected architect.

Budgeting and Value Engineering
Victory Builders, LLC will prepare complimentary preliminary budgeting at various stages of your project. With most projects, Victory Builders is involved during the preliminary design stage, offering cost feedback and value engineering input. As the plans are developed, the cost analysis is updated and finalized in order to insure the client’s expectations and budgetary guidelines are met. Even without detailed plans, their staff is able to prepare a comprehensive budget proposal.

Construction Management and Supervision

Select Your Homesite and Design
We’ll begin by reviewing floorplan options and discussing your custom selections. We’ll visit potential homesites, as well as touring completed Victory Builders Homes. We’ll start preliminary home sketches and discuss pricing.

Sign the Contract and Start Planning
Once we are in agreement and the contract is signed, planning begins for architecture and grading, permits, financing and more. We’ll determine kitchen design and begin the fit-and-finish selection process.

Close on the Homesite
You’ll sign off on the house siting based on an on-site-walk-through with your project manager. You’ll also review and approve contract drawings and a timeline for home delivery.

Begin Construction
We’ll walk you through the home at various points during the construction process. You’ll be in constant communication with the Victory Builders team.

Welcome Home
During a final walk-through, we’ll identify and complete punch list items. Then we’ll hand you the keys to your beautiful new Victory Builders, LLC home.
